    ADY have agreed to have a charge over ALL of its assets to Hawkswood for $8.8m dollars!

    That is incredulous and now Hawkswood receive $1m interest on $7.8m for 2 months!

    ADY has just sold its soul and Hawkswood have won a major victory.

    to be brutally honest they are awful terms and really highlight the mess ADY are in.
