    I don't think it is as bad as that ..... doesn't it just mean that if the loan doesn't get repaid then Hawkswood will get be allowed to sell ADY assets up to the amount owed.

    And i suggest that any assest will need to be commercially valued prior to sale ie. they won't be able to sell all the assests for 8.8 million.
