The Board of Directors of Mobi Ltd (‘Mobi’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that the
Company has completed a major deal that combines the core strengths of its recently acquired
companies, Sholl Communications and OneNetwork.
The Company has completed negotiations for the first “Commercial Embedded Network� client for
OneNetwork. WorldLink Centre is a major international business centre development, based in
Tullamarine, Victoria. The WorldLink Centre consists of three floors comprising office and
showroom space with up to 200 people per floor for a potential total of up to 600 seats (services),
which will provide strong ongoing revenues to OneNetwork. There are three other buildings yet to
be built as part of the development.
On the basis of OneNetwork’s normal $100/seat revenue measure, at full occupancy the WorldLink
Centre project could generate revenue of in excess of $50,000/month or in excess of $600,000 per
annum.
This is a significant first step into the concept of the “embedded networks� market, in this case for
a commercial business park development. The Company will be aiming to parlay this success into
other property developments representing vertical markets, such as retirement villages, apartment
complexes and hotels.
Significantly, Sholl Communication will be providing cabling, hardware and associated
infrastructure suitable for delivering the OneNetwork Solution, for approximately $175,000.
OneNetwork will then sign up WorldLink’s tenants for voice and data, thereby securing up to 600
new customers over time as the building reaches full occupancy.
Cabling will be completed within the next four weeks. The WorldLink Centre will be completed in
early 2008 with OneNetwork customers being signed up in the first half of 2008.
Mobi CEO, Michael Abela commented, “This project provides a superb example of the
