Its not up to management to hold onto bucketloads of cash and try to forecast what the Dow is going to do, OZL is not a managed fund its a mining company and if it wants to hold onto money instead of mining then its not doing what its made for. The market already thinks the Down might fall 20% given how low the index is but in OZL's case it's more annoyed that the managers favour stalling over OPERATIONS.
