    " Why give MST more money at .003 when the SP is now .002 AND the New Yorkers could always convert their notes in a few weeks?"

    Can this actually happen the New yorkers gain a majority holding and buy out the remaining shares for next to nothing ?
    Or there some clause in the financing arrangement preventing this for the following 3 years ?
