One would think there would have to be..this penny dreadful company is drowning in almost 4 BILLION shares on issue since last placement plus huge amount of options.
This in my opinion will be the next news then the merry go round of capital raisings continue ...the cycle of penny business..popcorn ready for the consolidation road show :-[
