    It would be good to see some probity from shareholders on the MD and Chair of PRG at the AGM. I'm really surprised how little scrutiny there has been of their numbers around the savings from the merger, and the performance of the company since the merger. The query from the auditors in the annual report around the treatment of goodwill is another area of concern.

    I'm no longer a holder - but is anyone on this thread planning to attend the AGM?
