No not intending to go to the AGM but if there is a live stream of it I should listen in.
I see the problem differently, the business was priced for high expectations from the merger.
The subsequent issues I did not predict but have lead to the business being priced on low expectations.
I am not worried so much that the company has been mismanaged, or the value of goodwill is too high.
The company is cheap relative to prospective earnings and management is OK. I would only go to an AGM as an activist as otherwise they are boring but I don't think this board deserves to be sacked.
