    G PRODUCTS
Intermoco Limited (ASX:INT) (Intermoco), a leading provider of energy and water
metering and management solutions through its Utiligy brand, is pleased to announce
that the company has received a single purchase order from one of Australia’s largest
field services group for a total value of $1.5 million for a range of the Utiligy suite of
    metering products, including:
    - Electricity Meters
    - Communication Devices
    - Accessories
This order adds to the significant orders already announced to the market on 4 June
2009 and brings the total orders to date for June to over $2 million and sets the
company up to record approximately $4 million in revenue for FY09, compared with
$2.5 million in FY08 in revenue from continuing operations.
Intermoco CEO, Bob Gestro commented that “this order represents the first order in a
new partnering arrangement with one of our key suppliers. The two companies are
currently in discussions with a view to developing a formal agreement to support the
long term objectives of both organisations in achieving long term sales success.
“The demand for our products and solutions is growing and the opportunities for
Intermoco and Utiligy are significant and sustainable. We are particular pleased that
in this time of economic downturn we continue to experience sizeable growth.
“This order which represents one of the largest single orders ever received by the
company is a direct result of Utiligy re-focusing on its core business of metering and
together with our new partnering agreements demonstrates the strength of our product
    range and technical expertise.
“We are extremely excited about the growth opportunities that are now presenting
themselves to Utiligy and are confident that our predictions of doubling the revenues
in each of the next two years is on target.”
