After closer analysis of the announcement some highlights include:

VOR stating that its new acquisition is similar to a world class oyu tologoi copper gold deposit with 3.75 billion tonnes of 0.98% copper and 038g/t gold!!! even if we hit half of that, hell will break loose

VOR state this is a significant transaction which has the potential to be a company making acquisition. What a bold statement, not many ceo's dare to be this bold. Obviously VOR management are willing to stick their necks out as they see it is worth the risk in doing so.

If south Gobi is involved, this will be considered to be a great transaction. South gobi is majorly owned by Ivanhoe, a big player in Mongolia. To have the support of such big corporations is a testiment to what this project can be!
