    I followed a "friends" advice and purchased just over a million UNI shares without doing a lot of research on the company.Since then they have only fallen in share price but I have read all the post on HC and the other forums and I believe in the company.If anyone would like to email me at [email protected] as to which way I should vote I would be interested to read your reasons why. I want to make an informed decision this time
