    AVB and other stories occurring at the same time has distracted and split 'hot money' for the time being.

    Good flow rate news can see that money rush to CTP in a flash.

    The pie is only so big AND overall market particpation rates have been low for quite some time - this alone mutes price and volume reaction to any news compared to boom times.
