By the time a nuke power station is commissioned a solar farms' panels are at least half way through their life and be there will be planning for the next generation of more efficient panels. Photovoltaics;  battery tech development is a hot place at the moment.

Australia usually has two submarines on patrol a total crew of 90 sailors. Nukes have a crew of up to 137 personnel. The RAN struggles for crew numbers already or are we just going to fill them with immigrants (asylum seekers from the USA).
