Just my guess and 1 cents worth … its low volumes today, miners got hit in general, LYC wrongly (imo) parcelled in some of these mining etfs that got sold off .. maybe part of the reason … triggering weak LYC trading holders ( especially those who complain about the presence of shorters ) … LYC traders ( as separate to investors) definitely should have eyes and ears out for the mining sector in general too.
I stand to be corrected , just out of interest, but dont really care too much if I’m right or not in this matter.
