A:Base on the latest shareholder report we just got, they have sold out, following our sale of CDV to Zelcrest.

Q:Did Zelcrest sell the recent issue of shares (13,167,057) on the open Market ?

A:Zelcrest has not sold any shares on the open market, and they have advise that they do not intend to.



Q:Do Zelcrest intend becoming a shareholder of Skynetglobal or will they sell the balance of their shares on the market ?


A:Zelcrest intends to be a strategic long term investor in SkyNetGlobal.


Q:Do you have intentions of buying some personal shares in the company ?



A:Yes.
