The article in the west australian was incorrect,the reason why the placement was scaled back was because the company would have had to have messed around gaining shareholders approval.
It was the ASX who wouldnt let them raise more money.
Once again this is contained in Fridays announcement,dude you are ilinformed and making a fool of yourself!
