Wolfgang said on the 11th of November he expected to receive local registration in Italy in the coming weeks which is as good as a formality. Coming weeks is subjective but they still expect December shipments, it really could be any moment now . Just a few small holders getting itchy feet probably to free up some cash being Christmas time, new investors will need to cough up to create liquidity
