Nothing too wet of late. This site should expect significant rainfall at least a couple of times a year and at any time, as it can occassionaly catch action during the SW Monsoon as well as copping the NE Monsoon.
So the site needs to be engineered for those rainfall events, lest holders further suffer excuses.
