bypass surgery is very common these days, he is relatively young so his long term prospects are very good and I wish him all the best, but its still major surgery and it can take several months for full recovery without the stresses of managing a listed company or a professional sports team, so its not good news for Sage or shareholders. Given the importance of Sage to CFE I am very surprised an announcement was not made to the market as it clearly is price sensitive. I think the best interests of everyone would be served by a takeover but somehow i dont think there will be queues banging on the door of "the data room"
