    I'm not topping up any further unless the board provides the market with a compelling, transparent set of reasons why the business is in better shape now than it was 12m ago.

    There are some recent signs of a pulse in RFL with their restructuring, but I'm not convinced, neither is the market by trading below the issue price. TA suggests the bottom is near though.
