    on may 6th there was a "change in substantial holding" by Lazzard Asset Mgmgt, it says their previous notice was given on 20/10/09

    what is interesting is in this announcement you can see during late October 09 till late Dec 09 all they did was sell shares.

    How could they hold off the announcement for so long? For almost 2months they were selling shares, they didnt declare, then when the price tanks and they start buying up at bargain prices they declare.
