That's interesting because HLX is the original mother load of PGM (Platina Resources) and the Owendale Scandium resource is considered to be large and very high grade. Not sure of my geography in that area but its seems that the entire beltway in Central NSW has Scandium and its a race now to who will be first into production. The only (major) problem is scoring a lucrative off take agreement which has so far been somewhat allusive to these players.
