Did speak with the MD regarding A4N situation and this was some time ago.
Not sure why this was not announced as this was a material development.
A see HLX having a multitude of riches with little care for promotion and poor time lines
regarding promised announced progression,
This is evident with the failed JORC promised release 4 months late and now almost 30
days late regarding the MD 10 day time frame for the Collerina JORC.
Personally the Chairman should advise the market as to why these poor practices as
investors make decisions on Company announcements and expect some truth in these.
In fact Helix is open to legal challenge on these ASX announcements as they are in fact
misleading the market.
