    Just to keep things in fair perspective, there are still numerous clinical trials underway, looking at possible applications.
    So far, it's not showing up well as a treatment for infected patients, jury still out as a prophylactic.
    Wait for the results before demanding your GP give you a prescription. @1sharetrader1

    Not all researchers have given up on the drug, however, and recent developments show it is not yet dead as a potential weapon against COVID-19, especially as a preventative in people not yet exposed to the virus.
