You are sounding increasingly like the shareholder of a similar name that coughed up nearly a million shares in August. Now I can really understand why that shareholder would be churlish, but your negativity is equally as pervasive.

And while it is quite ok for you not to like the company as a non holder, you should desist from trying to put words into my mouth. I am quite capable of verbalising my own thoughts and ideas.

Yes, I am endorsing a placement to a cornerstone investor for sure, if I am in fact correct in making that call from todays announcement. But that is far removed from what you have suggested. Just take a deep breath and try and be more accepting of an alternative view, especially as a non holder where you have nothing of consequence resting on who is right and who is wrong.
