I completely agree with ZZZ and TTC,

McCrae has absoultely zero credibility anymore. Why on come out and say uncategorically that there will not be any capital raising at these prices. The company is aggressive in a share buy back and then issues capital at a lower price than what the company was buying back at.

What on earth are the CDU directors doing? From a negotiating point of view surely at the very least they could have raised the capital at a higher price than the share buy back.

I see the sellers are disappearing and the stock is rallying but this is not good news as far as I am concerned.

Another huge black mark against the directors for what would appear to be misleading the market (i.e saying no capital raising at these prices and then capital raising about two weeks later).

It also raises the question, why didn't McCrae do the capital raising when the share price was at $5 instead of buying back.
