Yet another ill conceived announcement......the next instalment will be interesting to see just exactly who the mystery institutional investor is!!

And I thought CDU hated the "Big End of Town" (whatever that is?).

What this announcement shows me is the following:

1. CDU have no off take agreements from the Chinese.
2. Sinosteel are only interested in SELLING there services to CDU.
3. CDU have no debt financing deals.

They have had to issue shares, at according to some more prolific posters valuations, at a huge discount, to finance what exactly? Looks like an act of desperation. WM, the "street savy; great corporate chess master" just got reamed.

As I said before, the freight train of massive dilution to get this project up, is hurtling down the track. This is the start.

So now, CDU wants to dump on it's retail investors.

I'll laugh my head off if the mystery investor is Xstrata. Hey Nev, that would make your day!
