Could not agree with you more, CDU is very unpredictable share.

However, WM is entitled to have an opinion as everyone else, even after the release of the JORC, we have had a wide range of interpretations and many different estimations of the real value of CDU including yourself.

In addition, optimisim is an important element for success IMO. Personally, i would prefer an optimistic management than a pessimistic one.
