Abuman, I take it that you think it is fair and reasonable that an ASX listed company states the below, only to place $20m at $2.00 within four weeks.
"For clarification, the Company will not be entertaining or considering any issue of new shares in CuDeco near the current share price. The Company has approximately $34 million cash with zero debt. There is no valid reason why the shares have fallen to current levels. The irony is that Cudeco, in asset and value terms, is in a better and stronger position now than when the stock was trading at around $4.70 per share."
Do you think any investor, who read the above in the 30/08 announcement and acted on this advice, is this evening feeling somewhat deceived?
