Ocean resources capital PLC are a mining finance/ investment house that as far I know had a limited life as an entity and were always intended to be wound up in 2007. Im therefore not sure of the status of their 9.3% stake in EXM.
However as at 31/12/05 EXM made up about 2% of their 23mil pound portfolio of investments. Based on that I think that their involvement at the time was especially for the transition from Strata to Excalibur.
Ideally any group of investors, be it local or from known gold producing nations such as South Africa, US and London-based investment groups would be welcomed.
