Yeah it's funny many enterprise level organisations are rushing to SaaS and Cloud services. They are very quick to label issues as 'third party provider' but I don't think the risk is fully appreciated when services are adopted.

However, my local independent bottle-o was not and was running a local low-tech point of sale operation. Suprisingly resilient setup during what has been labelled a 'global outage' to some IT services.
