gives no guidance on how much CHL will pay, but 3 other directors and insurance will cover part of it, however it looks like a lot more than 470k, maybe up to 1 mil.
still it gets that part out of the way, they are cashed up, and focus can rreturn to current profitability.
cant see any reaction from the market thus far - still in pre open
