Not sure what you are referring to here. I wasn't aware CPB had circulated anything in addition to the bidders statement.
With the major litigation along with two minor disputes now resolved, CCI Holdings will be able to move on once the apportionment of the 1.5M is settled between the defendants. This is good news as it removes uncertainty and gives the ability to plan what it will now do with it's available and growing pool of cash in the bank. The board has hinted it may be looking at a couple of bolt on acquisitions which would grow the size of the business. Time will tell of course. Further debt reduction may also be an option with some of the funds, although debt levels are extremely comfortable at around 9M (interest bearing debt).
