somethings just don't add up?

i noticed the annoucement on the 18/5/12 Change in substantial holding and elafantino said the reason why there is a change in the company holdings is becuase of the share placement which caused dilution to the holdings and this placement was done back on the 29/2/12 nearly 3 months ago but now submit's the change in holdings ,it's 3 months ago blame that snail!!! but before the placement elafantino held 12mil shares but now holds only 11,585,400 so when did elafantino sell those 400 odd k??.

so its a combination of elafantino selling stock and dilution.

so my question is did the selling of those shares happen before the 249d lodgment 4/5/12 or after maybe ,we might need to wait for that bit of paper work in 3 months time.

also on the 2/5/12 the annoucement director resignation of maurice catina 2 days before the 249d, my question to that did he know of the 249d coming, if so why didn't he tell the current board that it was coming,its all about team work this mining game!!

i just want to know if there is any more skeletons in the cupboard?
