The other thing is if you have debt and things were to sour because repayments of the loan could not be met, the banks are only interested in recovering the money they have lent and goodnight shareholders.
Initially I thought than debt would be a worthwhile arrangement as there would be less shares on issue and greater dividends but , if the direct shipping ore can meet CuDeco's needs, that is the way to go.
