I wanted to see a statement from the company about the dividends and I got it. Whether they will actually pay dividends or not is a different story and I've pointed out in the past examples of the company saying one thing and then doing another. Until now I thought that the whole dividend story talked about on hot copper for years was only limited to this forum but holders do have a valid reason for believing the company plans to pay quarterly divvies.

btw, 'firm intention' sounds like a liability thing. If they don't end up paying them they are not liable I suspect. Sounds like a careful choice of words.
