The sequence was.
• Capital Raising. Done.
• Bank Finance approval for holding tank and mixing equipment.
• Contract being Signed or Announced.
The time it has taken stumps me. If it was “Twiggy” Fortescue as rumoured on “Hot Copper” it may have leaked to the market.
BHP & RIO changes do not seem to leak?
Any Comments.
major mining contract signing must be close.
