I seem to remember Omega downramping TEE when it was around 2c, then got very quiet when it went up to 6c...

from 2c up to 6c is hardly a dissapointment to traders.

At 3.5c from last years 2c capital raising is a nice 75% profit in 9 months for investors.

Maybe dissapointing for short term traders in tee of late, but investors would be buying into the story long term, not for a quick buck- thats only short term traders.
If you've read Warren buffet and many others, you buy the story and not the short term price fluctations driven by market emotions of fear and greed. You sell when the story is no longer valid or you have reached your target values.

Currently the market is driven by fear, where as three months ago it was driven by greed. Fair market value is somehwere inbetween the two- i.e. around low-mid 4c range.
