First point for a CEO in a situation where there are, say 4 companies Zess, in need of guidance and counselling, would be to place the said CEO into the arena,Provence,country of the businesses in question, not say, in the USA or AUSTRALIA even.
The CEO needs to be hands on, involved in every aspect of the new business venture.
Thats if it’s legitimate, and only my opinion?
