Yes I agree, im just trying to work out if things will be concluded this year so that we have clear air and a laser like focus on the business in 2024.
AE has bee all over the Medcan court dates lawyers etc etc and nothing, so maybe they withdrew or settled their claim with CGB.
Must be due for the annual report/agm news soon. I have never seen an AGM between xmas and new year. only about 5 weeks to go?
"Only" 2 more weeks until the next extension/news...28 days required for AGM notice? my maths aint good but i feel things are getting tight timing wise, which is why I think we must be due for some news of some kind today friday monday possibly? lol i know im usually wrong but im looking for anything that might give us clue.
