Simrose, exactly my point, I was replying to Bear regarding GWR being worth more than 7 shares of FAS as of Fridays close of trade. But as you've pointed out, it wouldn't be hard to get FAS to 35cents and beyond. A lot easier than getting GWR beyond $2.45.

depending on your definition of a small shareholder, you gathered wrong. I have less then 100K invested, by no means a big player by any standards.

And who said I have vast amounts of options, if I do in fact have any, for all you know, it might be a parcel of maybe 5000 or 10000 options.

You are way to quick to jump to conclusions. I bought into GWR back in august, when the share price nosedived. for between $1.60 and $1.80 mark, so if we split the differance and call it $1.70 , now if I bought say 50k worth, that'd give me just shy of 30,000 shares.

Now change that 7 for 1 to Fas and it gives me a holding of around 210,000 Fas shares. with the current FAS sp around 29 cents, that gives me just shy of 61,000.

if the FAS SP goes up around the 45-50cent mark, I've doubled my money. To reach the same level of wealth holding GWR, It'd have to reach a sp of $3.40.

It's just my opinion that FAS will see 45 cents before GWR will $3+

As for my current holdings in GWR, I got those when the SP was around $2.15, but a slightly smaller holding than previously. These too will head the Way of FAS after the EGM or later if the T/O period is extended again
