Major Precious Metals Corp Investment watch

Given we have significant holdings in Major Precious Metals Corp which trades on the CSE I thought I would provide a brief summary as well as a thread to discuss all things Skaegaard.


Platina sold the Skaegaard project for 0.5 million CAD and 55 million shares in Major Precious (CSE- SIZE) which is currently trading at 0.74 cents Canadian to explore the many gold projects in their portfolio. On April 6 2021 sold 6 million of the shares for 2.64 million cash, leaving them with 49 million shares remaining which equates to a value of roughly (39 million).

Precious metals release an updated MRE on the 23 APRIL 2021 which shows the significant upside for the company. Reporting 5.5 Million Palladium Equivalent Ounce Indicated Resource and 14.4 Million Palladium Equivalent Ounce Inferred Resource.

The current Market Cap for Major Precious Metals is 147.35M, so could be significant upside based on the recent update.

To Summarise PGM currently has roughly 41 million in cash and assets, but only has a MC of 30.07M.
