Hi tg,
as I posted yesterday. I am located in the inner city suburbs of Melbourne and I concur 100% with everything you have said and experienced with Telstra Cable.
Yesterday afteroon alone I was dropped out for several hours and Telstra Customer Service was uncontactable.
That's pretty standard.
