Announcement with some detailed information, which is always welcome.

It looks like a precursor to CDU putting in place a debt facility, as CDU do not have sufficient cash in place to complete construction/commissioning of the plant and associate infrastructure.

I would hazard a guess that potential lenders are requiring the usual data (JORC R&R,cash flow models etc), so hence this is triggering the current data release (and future releases).

Modelling assumptions (NPV) look aggressive, with the commodity prices significantly above LT consensus, and the opex assumptions on the low side.

Also good to see that the JORC Code still applies!
