    I hear you mate. Don't we all. On paper, doing a basic DCF analysis, one would assume so. Just shows, you can have all the resources at your disposal, but if you can't manage something, it will not work. Hopefully our team have learnt from their past and will get things on the road. Heck knows I have had some horrible fights on the phone with some of the team at URL
