You know EXS (in the same area as URL) have been touting themselves as a potential Xstrata target but EXS market cap is $50 million for a JORC copper resource of 51 Million tonnes copper . I had never heard of URL till today but I read they have a market cap of $9 million and a Jorc resource of 128 Million tonnes . What the heck ?
Is it possible that either Xstrata, IVA, CDU, or even EXS are raiding URL bargain ?
