    I am certain this is a buyout - Xstrata or the former CopperCo representative group. Could even be another player in the Mt. Isa region. I know EXT recently bought up some land for Uranium prospects - so could also be a possible land grab for Uranium with Roseby thrown in as a sweetner. There is so much with the land rights.
