The decision was handed down this morning by the Australian Competition Commission to Flexigroups application to rely on a Voluntary Code of Conduct and not be restrained by the CCC regulations.
The tribunal agreed to this with some modifications to the code.
This is what has been hanging over the stock price and the reason so heavily shorted as they expected the decision to go the other way.
The decision has gone against the shorthttps://www.competitiontribunal.gov.au/listingers and they will be scrambling to cover once it's published later today.
