FAS currently has 1371 shares + 286M options = 1.66B shares fully diluted.
If FAS do not receive any revenue until Iron ore is sold, you would think they would have to rely on 3B to fund admin costs.
I think the number may be closer to 3B but happy to be wrong.
FAS have issued 400M shares since AGM.
