My original thoughts are, and happy to be corrected, that FAS will need funds to keep it afloat until production commences.
If you assume that as per ASX announcement that Alliance will advance funds to pay its current debts then they will just require 2 - 3 years of capital to keep the office and wages afloat. Looking at past burn rate, I think this is $2M per year if not $3m. So you could be looking somewhere in the order of $6M - $10M.
This may not be needed if Alliance can advance it funds to survive in the mean time. Maybe FAS can advance sell Iron ore at a discount to raise this. But they will have to raise funds from somewhere.
If Alliance do not advance funds then they may have to raise $25M to $30M.
Good news for FAS shareholders that stock has run to $0.03. That is market capitalisation of $41M. A great result in this market.
Obviously the higher the shares rally, the less shares that will need to be issued to keep admin costs going.
